1st Property Inspection 290824 - Smoke alarms tested and working. Property relatively clean and tidy. Tenant still in process of unpacking and getting sorted. Rear garden needs to be tidied and mowed - Advised Tenant he needs to sort garden asap. One of the two seater settees wasnt in the living room. Tenant advised that due to his accident he needed to remove from lounge as he needed to sleep on floor as couldnt get up the stairs. Advised Tenant that the settee needs to be bought back in to the house asap as he is responsible for the up keep and maintenance of it.
