Inspection Oct 2023 - Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide present No issues were noted Tenants was very happy and loves living in the property.
Inspection - The tenant had settled into the property well at inspection and still had several items boxed to unpack. There were a few issues noted please see below: Communal aerial not working. Threshold strip between kitchen vinyl and lounge carpet lifting. Sink plug in bathroom not functioning. Along with the issues noted above the tenant had a few changes she wondered if she could make. 1. Tenant wondered if she could fit radiator covers tot he walls in the lounge and bedroom two. 2. Tenant wondered if she could take down the pendant lights in both bedrooms and get an electrician to replace with her own fittings?
Entrance Hall - With carpet flooring, wall mounted telecom system, radiator, built in storage cupboard, and two ceiling light fittings.
